99ox Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99ox ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 99ox online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://99ox.bio and all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including registered account holders and visitors who access the platform without registering.

Players under self-exclusion who access the platform must disclose this and will have their accounts suspended immediately.

3. Account Registration and Security

Registration on the 99ox platform is free of charge. Each player is entitled to register one account only. You will also be required to create a secure password for your account. The following terms apply to account registration and the ongoing security of your account:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the bKash, Nagad or Rocket account is registered to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ox platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Operating or attempting to operate more than one account on the 99ox platform, whether in your own name or in the name of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including through match-fixing, chip dumping or any other form of coordinated dishonest play.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent deposit schemes, or any other financial crime using the 99ox platform as a vehicle.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the 99ox platform.

Where 99ox identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions: immediate account suspension; permanent account termination; forfeiture of all balances, bonuses and pending withdrawals; reporting of the conduct to the relevant authorities; and civil or criminal legal proceedings.

9. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability

The 99ox platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 99ox makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or that the results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

11. Amendments to These Terms

99ox reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the 99ox platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
